Perusahaan asal Finlandia, Jolla, akan mulai secara resmi menjual smartphone Sailfish pertama di dunia, Langkah ini pun merupakan lanjutan dari proses pre order yang sebelumnya telah mereka lakukan.

Smartphone ini pun bakal dijual untuk pasar Finlandia melalui provider lokal DNA. informasi mengenai harga yang bakal dipatok oleh DNA untuk smartphone ini berkisar 399 € atau di Rupiahkan sebesar 6,270,324 Juta.

Sebelumnya, pihak Jolla mengumumkan bahwa pihak Jolla telah mendapatkan partner toko aplikasi resmi untuk smartphone Sailfish miliknya. Alih-alih menggunakan Google Play Store, Jolla bekerja sama dengan Yandex dan menyematkan Yandex.Store pada handphone miliknya. Dengan adanya Yandex.Store, pengguna smartphone Jolla pun bisa mengunakan aplikasi Android yang populer.

Jolla Phone hadir dengan layar berukuran 4.5 inci qHD dengan prosesor dual core Snapdragon 1.4GHz yang ditunjang RAM 1GB. Smartphone ini juga mempunyai kamera 8MP di bagian belakang dan kamera 2MP di depan. Selanjutnya, terdapat baterai berkapasitas 2100 mAh sebagai sumber tenaga.
